Data Deletion Policy

1. Your Right to Data Control

MLQuiz respects your right to control your personal data. Users may request full deletion of their account profile and associated practice data at any time.

2. What Data Is Permanently Purged

Upon processing a valid data deletion request, the following information is permanently removed from active systems:

• Account Credentials: Registered email address, user ID, and authentication tokens.
• Practice History: Individual test attempt logs, timestamps, diagnostic scores, and topic accuracy records.
• Saved Items: Bookmarked ML questions, custom preferences, and saved problem lists.

3. Retained Non-Identifiable Information

Certain non-personally identifiable data may be retained for platform operations, including anonymized overall question difficulty statistics (non-personally identifiable) and temporary server security logs maintained for abuse prevention.

4. Processing SLA & Timelines

• •Acknowledgment Window: Deletion requests are acknowledged within 5 business days.
• •Completion SLA: Full data purging across active databases is completed within 30 days.
